An old mariners' village of the Italian city of Genoa, Boccadasse lies at the eastern end of the main promenade of the city. It's so well-preserved, and its colorful houses and cobblestone beach was so dreamy in that golden evening light! I sat on the rocks listening to the waves of the Mediterranean crash against them eating homemade gelato and watching the sun on the horizon.
